Measuring Range: 1×10⁵～4×10^-1 Pa
Within the range of 1～3000Pa,relative deviation between the standard curve and the standard characteristic curve is less than 30%
It can be used for reference measuring within the range of 10^-1～1Pa，3000—10⁵Pa
Vacuum degree within the glass gauge is not less than 5×10^-2Pa before unsealing.

Cautions for operation
Full range and zero point should be calibrated in cooperation with cacuometer before use
