Warranty: the guarantee of products, depends, covers from three months to twelve months from delivery date, but wrong operations excluded. Before shipping out, all goods will be checked and verified by EECTECH, including check the basic Function/Parameters of the products, the appearance, the packing, the necessary accessories if any.
If you have any using problem of the products which buy from eectech.store, please feedback to us, and we will discuss the issue with you for further advice.
If products lost: If products get lost in delivery, or you still do not get your item for a long time, please contact us timely. We will help to check the status of the shipment and advise what to do next. Let us keep communicate with each other and make problem easily resolved.
Generally, we will provide tracking number and tracking link timely. If products get lost on the way which get confirmed by couriers, we will arrange re-delivery for your order. If you want ship it through express, then you may need to pay extra express shipping fee.
