3. The ZJ-27 hot cathode ionization gauge is a wide-range high-vacuum gauge that is widely used at present. The filament adopts a new type of filament in recent years, which makes it stable in emission and long in service life. The shell material adopts DM-305 (glass), ceramic-metal sealing, etc. In terms of interface with the system, for the convenience of various users, we have designed ZJ-27/CF35/KF40/glass 15.5, etc.
