Introduce
The resistance value of the plate resistance is stable, the rate of change is small, the power is high, and the overload capacity is strong. It can realize corrugated winding (increasing resistance and eliminating parasitic inductance) and non-inductive winding, which can eliminate the parasitic inductance of the resistor and improve the heat dissipation of the resistor. It can also be flexibly changed according to customer requirements to realize a single resistor made into more than 2 resistance values or a combination of multiple resistors in series and parallel.
Structure
The ZB series of plate-shaped wire wound resistors are made of nickel-chromium, constantan or new constantan alloy wire and other high-quality alloy wires wound on the iron plate with the surface electroplating treatment, the surface anodized aluminum plate or the mica plate, and the wire is wound. Ceramic devices are used to separate the base plate from the base plate, so that the winding wire is evenly and regularly driven on the base plate, which plays a good role in fixing, insulating and dissipating heat.
Application
It is widely used for voltage and current regulation in low frequency AC circuits. It can also be used as a series of resistance s to form a series of resistors for motors, starting, braking and speed regulation purposes
