Structure
The copper tube water-cooled resistor is made of high-quality copper material as the base, unique insulating material and high-precision alloy wire, unique welding method + 100% water pressure tightness test for each resistor, eliminating the hidden danger of water leakage, and its water The temperature is between 40℃-60℃.
When in use, the cooling water should be supplied first, and the power should be turned on after the water flow reaches the requirement and fills the inner cavity of the resistor; when it is out of service, cut off the power supply first, and then cut off the water to prevent the resistor body from being damaged by dry burning.
This resistance can also be built into the resistance box/cabinet
Application
1. It is widely used in industries such as mechanical equipment, loads, electric furnaces, smelting, wind power generation and solar power generation, and can be used as energy absorption;
2. Used as a shunt, voltage divider and load in high-power electronic circuits;
3. It can be used in the regulating valve of a static non-power dynamic compensator (SVC) or DC transmission
(HVDC) used in thyristor converter valves.
