1.M082B and M082C hot cathode super-high vacuum ionization gauge is a typical B-A super-high vacuum ionization gauge with its grid adopting for joule dxhaust, and suing cathode iridium core electrophoresis yttria for strong anti-oxidation and long life. This gauge can be interchanged with 571 of varian, G-75-P made by G-P Inc. and RG-75 made by Veeco(USA)

2. M082D is a dual W filament ultra-high vacuum gauge. Its dual filament design effectively prolongs the service life of the gauge. The filament adopts a spiral shape to ensure stable filament emission and high measurement accuracy.

3.Users can choose the appropriate flange interface according to their own system requirements. Because there are many models, we only show typical models and accept customization.
