1. Although M082 and M082A hot cathode ultra-high vacuum ionization gauges are different in structure, they are quite similar in terms of technical and working parameters.

2. M082 can be interchanged with American Varian Company 571, G-P Company G-75-P, Veeco Company RG-75, etc.

3. M082A can be interchanged with American Varian 572, Veeco TG-75 and other regulations.

4. The difference is that M082 type ionization gauge uses electrophoretic yttrium oxide filament, which has strong oxidation resistance and long life; M082A uses spiral double W filament (one spare), which also compensates for the short life of W filament to a certain extent.

5.Users can choose the appropriate flange interface according to their own system requirements. Because there are many models, we only show typical models and accept customization.
