Structure
1. Tightly combine the cap with copper wire and the resistance porcelain body through professional cap cap or press cap equipment to ensure the stability of the resistance.
2. Wrap metal alloy wire, and then use non-combustible paint to encapsulate.
3. The 1/2W-5W miniaturized exterior is coated with green insulating paint, and the color ring identifies the specifications. 5W-30W is coated with green insulating paint, and printed to identify the corresponding specifications.
4. The miniaturization of 1/2W-5W can be taped and packaged, and the power of 5W-30W or more can be packaged in non-braided tape due to the high power.
