Features
1) The materials (manganese copper wire, rod and plate) are imported from West Germany, and the two copper end and related accessories are purchased in China. In order to make the contact performance of the product good and the resistance value more stable, the product is not electroplated (tin and nickel), but the surface oxidation treatment is adopted, so that the product quality is better and the appearance is more direct.
2) Can produce various specifications of shunt according to the drawings and samples provided by customers.
Main Specifications
1. Rated voltage drop range: 10mV~100mV.
2. Environmental conditions: -40~+80℃, relative humidity: ≤80% (35℃).
3. Temperature rise: After the temperature rise has stabilized for 2 hours under the rated current, the temperature rise below the rated current 100A does not exceed 80K; the temperature rise above the rated current 100A does not exceed 100K.
4. Overload performance: 120% rated current value, 2 hours.
5. The influence of thermoelectric power: not more than 50% of the grade index
Application
Fixed fixed-value shunts provide MV, which are used in telecommunication equipment, electric vehicles, aerospace, charging stations, electroplating power supplies, instrumentation, DC transmission and transformation and other systems. The ratio of its current to MV is linear.
