Introduce
BC1 series adjustable resistors are usually called rheostats or potentiometers, which can be used as two connections of a rheostat, or as a potentiometer with three connection terminals. A resistor can be made of different resistor winding wires to make multiple adjustable resistance values. When a resistor cannot meet its power, the power can be increased by superimposing multiple resistors, and the maximum can be increased to 6 connected.
Structure
1. The BC1 series adjustable resistors are made of high-quality resistance alloy wire wound on the C-shaped ceramic ring. Except for the sliding contact surface, the entire resistance ring is coated with non-combustible resin paint to protect the winding wire and better heat dissipation. After the special electronic bonding material, the wire-wound resistance ring is fixed on the circular chassis, and then other hardware accessories are assembled after high-temperature baking, and the central rotation adjustment parts are installed, and the carbon brush is driven by the rotating shaft to slide on the resistance wire. Change to obtain the required resistance.
