2. Usually, the microwave signal is input from a small-diameter waveguide port. Due to the large diameter of the output waveguide, there is a possibility of high-order modes appearing near the output waveguide. Therefore, the connection of the waveguide and the performance of the subsequent components must take this into consideration.
