Instructions
RFin: input signal amplification
RFout: output amplified signal
VCC: positive power supply (suitable for lithium batteries)
GND: negative power supply
1) The amplifier has very good gain flatness when the frequency is less than 500MHz, and careful adjustment can be less than 1dB. The lower the frequency, the higher the gain consistency.
2) The lower limit of the operating frequency of the amplifier is subject to the input and output capacitors. The default is 0.1uF and can work to 0.1MHz; the input and output capacitors can be appropriately increased to extend the lower frequency limit, such as: 5KHz at 10uF. For detailed calculation, it is necessary to pay attention to the input and output impedance of 50 ohms, calculate the required capacitance value, and at the same time, the decoupling and voltage regulation of the power supply should be enhanced.
3) When the power supply voltage changes between 5-8V, it can be used as a variable gain amplifier, and the gain increases as the power supply voltage increases. It is very suitable for the front-end circuit of the radio frequency receiver. It uses DA to control the power supply voltage, thereby controlling the gain of the amplifier and playing automatic gain control.
4) When the power supply voltage is 8-10V, the gain at the low frequency end reaches 30dB. At this time, the amplifier has a lower noise figure and better stability.
5) When the voltage is 12V, the gain reaches the maximum value, and the gain at the low frequency end can reach 32.5dB.
