ITK15-2 Electron tube for RF oscillation and amplification
The ITK15-2 type electron tube is a coaxial structure, a direct-heating type tungsten carbide cathode, a forced-cooled core column and a water-cooled anode cermet triode. The maximum operating frequency is 120MHz, the maximum anode dissipation power is 20kW, the maximum operating voltage of the anode is 13kV, and the maximum output power is 63kW. Mainly used for RF oscillation and amplification.
