The CTK25-4 tube is a cermet triode produced by a grid-like tantalum tungsten cathode, graphite grid, water-cooled anode and coaxial electrode structure for the RF input power amplifier of Rofin Sinar Laser. Power 70kW, maximum operating frequency 120MHz, suitable for RF oscillation and amplification, can be used interchangeably with CTK25-4 produced by Thelas. The tube is used on the Rolfen DC040, DC045, DC050, DC060 lasers, and the excitation power is 4-6 kW.
