Introduction:
1. The EDB966 electron tube is a high-power cermet tetrode with a meshed thorium-tungsten cathode, a squirrel-cage welded molybdenum grid on the first grid, and a pyrolytic graphite grid on the second grid and a coaxial electrode structure. It adopts water cooling method, the maximum operating frequency is 110MHz, and the output power can reach up to 100kW.
2. It can be used as AB1 class radio frequency linear amplifier, and can be used interchangeably with 4CW50000J of EIMAC company in the United States.
